any company, government and non-governmental organizations, society, partnership or community registered and conducting business in Tanzania is obligated to:
1. register and use domain names with dot-tz (.tz) and
2. use dot-tz (.tz) email addresses in electronic communications for all official correspondences unless where it can be proved to be technically not possible.
